We strive to offer a fair way to delight our customers and not lose money while doing so. 

 

Hot & cold weather shipping:

If it is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit in your area you are required to add a heat pack to your order to be eligible to claim DOA. If it is above 85 degrees Fahrenheit you must add an ice pack. We try to make these as cheap and accessible as possible to help make sure your livestock arrives happy and healthy. If either of these items are ever out of stock when you order you will still be covered. 

 

DOA (Dead On Arrival)

In the rare event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) livestock, please do the following within 24 hours of delivery shown on the tracking number in order to be eligible for a reshipment or refund

 

 

Send us an email by clicking on the "contact us" tab on our website and include the following:

1. Your name

2. Your order number 

3. Clear photos of the livestock in the unopened bag 

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Do not throw anything away until we have confirmed. We will get you taken care of!

 

Returns:

If the livestock is dead, we will gladly reship/refund it for you. In order for us to help resolve the issue, you must follow the DOA guidelines otherwise you will forfeit your eligibility for a refund/re shipment of new item. Message us with your questions or problems, your satisfaction is our first priority! 

If you are returning a non-perishable item it must be in the same new condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received by us in good condition, the refund will be issued.
