Please add this item in with your order if you are ordering live plants and it is above 85 degrees in your area day or night. We are not liable for heat damages for orders placed without. Keep in mind this is an ice pack, it only lasts a day at most, the goal is to keep the plants relatively cool for a couple days and the insulated bag will help maintain the cool temps for a little while. When you receive the package the ice pack will very likely be just a bag of warm/room temp gel at that point since it’s already been in transit for a few days. As long as the plants are alive, just know the cold back and insulated box did their job well.
